large rooms, excellent staff, good breakfast. we ordered lunch at olive's pantry, located next to the venue. the host is friendly. nothing beats being in pack horse.

Location, an easy walk to all attractions. Even the Humberside airport was not so far. Parking onsite was a bonus. Room met every demand.
